ACMT experience focuses on the extremes in machine construction, from large 9000 ton presses for cement plate industry to small 100 mm rotor cryogenic helium turbo compressors.
Successful machine construction projects are dependent on accurate FEA. FEA can for example assess stiffness and predict changes in dimensions and tolerances affecting operations performance and wear.
To avoid costly redesigns, we work closely with the client and integrate specific needs. With FEA, production method and manufacturing costs can be integrated in the design process.
For our FEA analysis we use NASTRAN/FEMAP, a software with an extended set of capabilities, such as
