Often the required process output differs from the original design value leading to reduced turbomachine performance and overall efficiency of the process. We use sophisticated CFD software to simulate design and off-design operation to ascertain accurate performance maps covering the complete process output range. Our advanced CFD, thermal and vibration analysis ensures that every component is thoroughly tested in a virtual environment before CAD engineering starts.

ACMT supervises the production of all prototype parts at our manufacturing partner’s facility, from procurement over 5-axis milling and Q&A. All parts are verified for accuracy on a 3D coordinate bridge measurement machine. Dedicated technicians perform the assembly to guarantee every detail is carefully executed

The prototype is finally submitted to rigorous testing at the state-of-the-art testing facility at the University of Mons (UMons), to validate the performance of the turbomachine in real-world conditions, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and safety.
